3. Unlimited discussion of your accounting and business related questions by phone or at our office. Use us as your sounding board in all important financial decisions. This will help you make the right decision and help you understand the new tax laws.
4. Timely preparation of sales tax reports. Peace of mind knowing your tax reports are filed correctly and on time. Timely filing saves you money in penalties and interest for late filing.
5. Pick-up and delivery of your accounting records. Convenience - We come to you each month.
6. Income Tax planning and business analysis meeting. The more you make the more the IRS will want to take. We will show you how to keep more money legally. Do you know how your business stacks up against your competitors? We will show you during this meeting.

Who are some typical clients we serve?

Our firm is a husband and wife run business. As such we tend to work best with husband/wife or family operated businesses.  Our firm is a business also, so we go through the same growth phases and challenges as our clients.   Many of our clients are contractors (general, electricians, plumbers, roofers, etc.) and service providers.

How much does all this cost?

Packages start as low as $200 a month based on the volume of transactions your business has.
